Shipping is FREE when you order from Medieval Tapestries Gallery.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second e-mail notifying you of the shipment.  (Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.)  At anytime you may use your order number to track the status of your order via our website order tracking system.  All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx and tracked during shipping.  Therefore, should you suspect a possible delay in receiving your order, e-mail us at customerservice@medievaltapestriesgallery.com and we will update you on the status of the shipment.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with any tapestry product purchased from Medieval Tapestries Gallery is very important to us.  Therefore, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return or exchange within 30 days.

Return Procedures

If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@medievaltapestriesgallery.com for a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and return address details. Products being returned must be include an RMN in order to be processed.
